Tonight along with the ever sopisticated Shake-n-Bake Pork Chops, we are having Yukon Gold Potato Gratin. If I get a chance, I’ll snap a picture and add it to the post.
Come to think of it, these potatoes are probably the last of the 2011 garden. Maybe next year I will have a chance to think about preserving some of the vegetables and see if I can extend the eating season a bit longer.
