The Hardcore Zucchini Workout

Ever wonder what to  do with those zucchini that sneak up on you and end up the size of beater bats?  Why use them for your  hardcore summer workout routine of course.  Do 3 sets of 10 reps holding these beasts and you will be feeling the burn!   Strap them to you legs and use them as ankle weights while carrying in the rest of the harvest for an added leg workout.  The possibilities are endless.

Thanks to my wife for being the exercise model for this comedic diversion.

In all seriousness though, those giant zucchini are great for making Zucchini Crisp!
